Techno DJ based at Womb, Tokyo.

Having been strongly influenced by the early 90’s Detroit techno scene. AKR has gone on to develop a truly unique sound, positioning himself as one of the most cutting-edge techno DJs in Japan. 

Focused upon the need to constantly create fresh and original sounds, AKR is keen on utilizing a diverse range of loops and effects that have wowed crowds. Bringing together a range of equipment from record, CD’s and the digital, AKR splices and dices tracks, adding his distinctive loops and effects to create a truly live sound.

AKR has played at numerous clubs such as Womb in Tokyo Japan and internationally in Singapore, Hong Kong and Shaghai.

After meeting Stefano Lotti, owner of the label RUBBER BAND in Italy, AKR has begun production of his debut album, due for release in April 2010.
